From Animated Muscle Women

Rugrats is a Nickelodeon cartoon series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, and Paul Germain. and produced by Gabor Csupo and Arlene Klasky, Since its premiere in August 1991 and even its finale in June 2004, it has spawned numerous video games, a trilogy of feature films, two spin-offs, and the 2021 reboot series.

It looks at the lives and adventures of a group of toddlers when their parents are not around, speaking better English than their ages would suggest but still thinking like the babies they are.

Kath Soucie Elizabeth "Betty" DeVille is Phil and Lil's tomboyishly beautiful mother. Quite the jock and women-libber. Betty is really nice, but also really LOUD. She's best friends with Tommy and Dil's mom Didi, and they do a lot of stuff together. Betty's also really into sports. Just ask her about it, or anything else, She comes in as a big, loud, friendly, and tomboyishly beautiful woman. Even though they outwardly seem to be opposites, Betty and Didi are best friends. Although she comes off as a tough gal despite her beauty, always giving a friendly but painful backslap, Betty fawns over her twins with the instincts of a mother bear. She loves a good cup of coffee and is always quick with a witty comments.

Betty is considered a loud, energetic, tough, athletic, but friendly and likable lady. She plays as a sort of ruffian in comparison to her husband Howard who is more quiet and soft-spoken.

Diane Delano Sheila is a friend of Betty DeVille and the mother of Alice. She is a very broad, muscular woman with Caucasian skin, blond hair in a mohawk, a Tartan shirt, and grey overalls. She is similar to Betty in that they are both large Caucasian women with gravelly voices and a laidback attitude and both enjoy coffee and weight lifting to the extreme.
