From Animated Muscle Women

Futurama is an animated science-fiction sitcom by The Simpsons creator Matt Groening. Following the adventures of hapless delivery boy Fry, cyclops pilot Leela, and beer-swilling robot Bender after the former is cryogenically frozen and wakes up in the 31st century, the series was canceled and resurrected twice over the course of its sporadic 1999-2013 run, airing on FOX, Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block and finally Comedy Central

Amazonians are a race of large, muscular women who live on Planet Amazonia, a planet without any men. While there are many of them, only a few have ever gotten named throughout the series.
  • Kug has a blue-mohawk with a leopard print bikini. She is the most commonly seen Amazonian, often seen at the main figure head of the race.
  • Ornik has dark, spiky hair with a yellow fur bikini.
  • Thog has long, blond hair with bones and a bikini top made up of what look to be teeth.
  • The Bear Amazonian wears a bear skin which hangs off her hair. She is part of the "petite" women.
  • The Bone Amazonian has blue hair and wears a skull like a helmet. She is considered one of the most beautiful women on Amazonia.
  • The Horned Amazonian wears a helmet with two large spikes coming out of it. She is part of the "petite" women.
  • The Leather Amazonian wears a ram-like helmet and black, leather attire.
The MurderFlies are a team of Butterfly Derby players who are seen as the top of the league. As they are taking Nectar, their muscles are a lot bigger than the average woman.

Brannigan, Begin Again

This episode is the first appearance of the Amazonian race, where Fry is talking to one about her planet.

The Lesser of Two Evils

Bender and Flexo accidentally end up in the dressing room for Miss Universe Pageant 3001. One of the women there is an Amazonian who throws the two of them out.

Amazon Women In The Mood

The first episode focusing heavily on the Amazonians. Fry, Leela, Amy, Kiff, Zapp, and Bender crash land on the planet, with the men being taken capture by the Amazonians. After asking what men are for, Amy tells them about what they call "snu-snu", which is sex. The Amazonains leader (a fembot disguising as a computer named "Femputer") then orders the men to be sentenced to death by snu-snu (which Fry and Zapp seem fine with).

The Sting

Kug attends Fry's funeral, where she cries out that "him do good snu-snu". Several of Fry's other former partners are hesitant to agree.

Fry Am the Egg Man

Kug and Ornik are seen selling "Aunt Snu-Snu's Maple Syrup". Fry tries a "small sample", which has Ornik squeeze sap from a log right into his mouth, nearly choking him. Kug then hits on Fry, to which Fry admits he's "scaroused".

The Mutants Are Revolting

An Amazonian can be seen dancing with Fatbot at the 100th delivery party.

The Butterjunk Effect

Leela and Amy participate in Butterfly Derbys, but don't seem able to keep up with the other, far more muscular women. So they start taking a drug known as "nectar" to increase their muscle size, but it also increases their aggression. When the last supply is bought out by the MurderFlies, another butterfly derby team, the girls and their boyfriends go out to get some more from the source. Fry accidentally gets covered with butterfly pheromones, which cause Leela and Amy to be obsessively attracted to him. They decide to quit Nectar and all their muscles are gone by the end of the episode.


The Beast with a Billion Backs

Many of the Amazonians board the escalator to Yivo.

Into the Wild Green Yonder

Many can be seen in the audience for the Violet Dwarf Star Implosion.


Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow

Amazonia is a planet available in the mobile game Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow. The Amazonian there are NPCs and enemies.
