Giganta aka Dr. Doris Zuel is a super-villain from the DC Universe. A villainous vixen with the power to grow into a towering, incredibly strong giantess. She often comes into conflict with Wonder Woman.



DC Super Hero Girls (2019)[edit | edit source]

This incarnation of Giganta, she's just mindset is akin to the stereotypical jock, picking on those weaker than her and a complete disinterest in book learning and academics. She is Mean, Selfish, and rude not only to other students but to her parents too!

Doris first appears in the short Taco Tuesday where she tries to steal Karen's lunch. Karen bumps into her after standing in line for a taco at the cafeteria. Doris tries to take Karen's taco, and after chasing Karen around the school, she finally grabs Karen's taco at the library. Before she can eat it, the librarian swipes it and hauls Doris away.

Doris first appears as Giganta in the episode Beeline, where she assists Harley Quinn in her attempt to blow up a bridge. After Karen tackles Harley just as she's about to set off the explosives, Giganta throws a punch at Karen, but the punch is easily stopped by Wonder Woman with her hand. The clip is featured in the series trailer.

Giganta is featured more prominently in the episode She Might Be Giant. After her parents leave for a science conference, she takes a liquid from their home laboratory and injects herself with it. Afterward, she goes to a sporting goods store at a mall, and the seller belittles her for being a girl. She becomes gigantic and starts wreaking havoc at the mall, overpowering each member of the team except Bumblebee, who manages to outwit her and stop her rampage. In the episode short lost and found it was revealed that Giganta had deeply hidden feelings she fears that she not good enough witch explains why she acts so mean and monster-like. Now that people knew her secrets they claim to think she misunderstood but for some reason she still wants people to fear her as a monster.
